Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Who we are
This privacy policy describes how Avoryn Limited ("Avoryn", "we", "us"), registered at Shop 17, 83 Georgiou A, Germasogeia, 4047, Cyprus, processes personal data in connection with the website avoryn.io (the "Website"). Avoryn Limited is the data controller for this processing. You can reach us at info@avoryn.io.
This policy covers the Website only. Our mobile applications have their own privacy policies, available within each application and on its app store listing.
2. Data we process
The Website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or account registration. We process only:
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data about requests to the Website (IP address, browser user agent, requested pages, timestamps). We use these logs solely to operate the Website securely and reliably, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
- Correspondence. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) to respond to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest or, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle your request and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that host and operate the Website's infrastructure, under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@avoryn.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest revision shown above.
